Refund Policy

All payments for completed work are non-refundable. Because our services are custom and labor-intensive, fees reflect the time, effort, and expertise invested in your project. Deposits paid at the start of a project are non-refundable and secure your spot in our schedule. If you have concerns about your project, we encourage you to reach out so we can work toward a resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel a project at any time with written notice. If you cancel, you are responsible for payment covering all work completed through the date of cancellation, plus an early termination fee of 25% of the total project fee. Cancellation does not grant usage rights to any deliverables unless agreed upon separately in writing.

Dispute Resolution

We believe in resolving disagreements through open communication. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct conversation. If that doesn't resolve things, either party may pursue mediation or binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina.
